Mission Statement

The mission of the Montgomery County Residential Association, MCRRA, is to advance the interests of residential property owners; to provide a network of education and support on related issues; protecting and enhancing the business of rental property investing in a fair and honest manner.

Our Goals

MCRRA works to educate local landlords to issues that arise in the rental property industry. The organization works to create a positive residential community prided on giving landlords the tools they need to succeed and provide their tenants with an excellent experience.

  • House Bill 112: Educated the lawmakers to the change of language in the present statute that made a more reasonable and efficient law to better serve the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
