To join, you must own property in Montgomery County, Kentucky, and the membership fee is $35 per year. To become a member, please complete the application at the bottom of the page.

This includes properties located in the communities of Mount Sterling, Camargo, Jeffersonville, Judy, and Levee. Eligible zip codes for membership are 40337 and 40353.

The Montgomery County Residential Rental Association (MCRRA) provides one of the most robust and updated residential leases in the area, approved by local attorneys and familiar to local judges. Having a MCRRA lease gives you the assurance that it will be upheld in court when necessary.

MCRRA members receive a comprehensive information packet, which includes our lease, application, move-in and move-out checklists, fee schedule, high-risk tenant submission forms, assistance animal packet to assist in identifying potential service animals, and many more documents.

Stay informed about potential high-risk renters with our local rental history list. Our service helps landlords make informed decisions and determine if applicants with prior high-risk tendencies are suitable for their property.
