We have reserved a room at City King Buffet. If you plan to eat you may arrive around 5:30 PM, the meeting will start promptly at 6:30 PM. If you have not paid your annual MCRRA dues now will be your last meeting to do so in person. Annual MCRRA dues are $25.00.

We have two speakers planned for the evening. Floyd Arnold the Montgomery County PVA and Steven Tuttle city code enforcement officer. Floyd will share information on the job and population in our county and discuss the explosion of property values on a square foot basis in Montgomery County. The second half of the meeting will focus on maintenance and city code violations from Steven. He will show us the process behind code enforcement, share the book of codes they abide by and how they handle violations. We will also hear how nuisance calls and liens are handled and the ways these issues are resolved. Bring your questions!
