Find Records & Court Appearances
Look up individual case records. The public version of CourtNet will identify the parties, case number, etc. for forcible detainer cases but not the findings. See our high risk list for a quicker resources with those defendants that have judgments passed down against them. This will also work for other cases like probate, foreclosure, ect… This seems to only work for current calendar year as well.
